ERIC W. CHA
ERIC W. CHA is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of ARTHUR S. BROWN, APLC. Eric joined the firm in the fall of 2020 after graduating from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and being admitted to the State Bar of California. While at UC Hastings, Eric served as a Staff Editor for Volume 69 of the Hastings Law Journal and then Senior Articles Editor for Volume 70. Eric also served as a judicial extern in the Civil Trials Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and an intern for the Business and Tax Section of the California Department of Justice’s office in Los Angeles.
Prior to law school, Eric graduated with a double-major in Economics and English, as well as a minor in Business Studies from New York University.
Eric began serving the elderly in his adolescence when he played in various orchestral ensembles as a classically-trained violinist and bassoonist. Many of the ensembles Eric was involved in either played concerts for the elderly in local music halls or in cafeteria rooms of senior homes. His involvement in estate planning dates back to 2013 when he worked as a file clerk for a wealth planning law firm in Orange County. Joining Arthur’s trusts and estates, and elder law practice was a natural fit for Eric.
Eric was born and raised in Orange County. In his free time, Eric loves spending time with his wife, playing pickup basketball, and serving as a live audio technician at his church.
